Terms of Service – Moya Camp and Home

Overview
Welcome to Moya Camp and Home. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Moya Camp and Home. We run this website and online store, including all related content, tools, products and services, to offer you a thoughtful shopping experience for table wraps, linens and related home items (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us deliver the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies we post, set out the rules for using our site and buying from us. Please read them carefully. By visiting, browsing or shopping on our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms do not take away any rights you have under South African consumer protection laws or other laws that cannot be waived.

1. Access and accounts
You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use the Services. You may allow minor dependents to use devices under your control.

When you create an account or place an order you may be asked for details such as your name, email, payment and delivery information. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. Our products
We try to show our table wraps, custom sizes, matching sets and other items as accurately as possible. Colours and textures can look different on screen depending on your device and settings. We do not guarantee that items will look exactly the same in person as they do online.

Descriptions and availability can change at any time. We may stop selling any product or limit quantities without notice.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is only accepted when we send you a confirmation.

Please check your order carefully before you submit it. Once accepted, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, especially for custom-size items. Purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale.

4. Prices and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place the order (as confirmed in your order email).

Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include shipping. You agree that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that the payment details are correct. You will pay the full amount, including any delivery charges.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control. Title and risk of loss generally pass to you when the item is handed to the courier, unless the law says otherwise. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, designs, logos, product photos and graphics — belongs to Moya Camp and Home or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Buying a product does not give you any rights to our designs, branding or intellectual property. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Third-party tools and links
We may give you access to tools or features provided by third parties. These are offered “as is”. We are not responsible for them and any use is at your own risk.

Our site may contain links to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not liable for their content or anything that happens if you leave our site.

8. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts and powers this store. When you use the site, your device communicates with Shopify’s systems. Any purchase you make is a transaction directly with Moya Camp and Home, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products, delivery, or any issues arising from your orders with us.

9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects certain information about your use of the site to run and secure the Services. Please read both our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy policy for more detail.

10. Feedback and reviews
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you give us a free, permanent right to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving our products and marketing. You confirm that you own the rights to anything you submit and that it does not break any law or someone else’s rights. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential or to pay you for it.

11. Errors and corrections
Sometimes information on the site may contain mistakes about pricing, descriptions or availability. We may correct errors and cancel or adjust orders if necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in line with applicable law.

12. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to send spam, to upload viruses or harmful code, to scrape data, to impersonate anyone, or to interfere with the proper working of the site. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

13. Termination

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory laws.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of South Africa, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection legislation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
