Refund Policy – Moya Table Wraps

Our 30-Day Happiness Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your table wraps. You have 30 days from delivery to let us know if you’d like to return or exchange anything. Items must be unused, unwashed and still in their original packaging.

Starting a Return or Exchange
Just WhatsApp us on 083 327 0325 or email info@moyacampandhome.co.za with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll take you through the process step by step.

Getting Your Money Back
After we receive and check your return, we’ll process the refund or exchange. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If something comes back used, stained or damaged, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom-size wraps are cut and finished especially for your table, so they can only be returned if they are faulty or not made to the measurements you ordered.
